Dr. Alice TSO founded the Florence Nightingale Foundation (Hong Kong) [FNFHK] after her retirement at public service in 2009, and established the Florence Nightingale Home Health & Nursing Limited [FNHHN] in 2021, which adhere to the philosophy of the Nightingale Club she founded in Queen Elizabeth Hospital, and served as the Board Chair & CEO of the FNHHN continued to promote the high standard of Hong Kong home health nursing services.
