Dr. Alice TSO founded the Florence Nightingale Foundation (Hong Kong)(a.k.a FNFHK) in 2009, and established Florence Nightingale Home Health & Nursing Limited (a.k.a FNHHN) in 2021, which adheres to the philosophy of the FHFHK. She is now the Board Chair & CEO of FNHHN, to continue her passion to community and home-health.
